Shipping Policy

Each Preston James Studio piece is made to order with care, then sent your way.

Processing. Orders are made and ship within 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.

Delivery. Standard US delivery typically arrives 3–7 business days after shipping. [Free shipping on all US orders — only keep this line if free shipping is actually enabled at checkout; otherwise: "Shipping is calculated at checkout."]

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. If anything looks off, write to support@prestonjamesstudio.com.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. More to come as the studio grows.
