Returns

If a piece doesn't land the way you hoped, write to us. We make it right.

Standard returns

• Window — fourteen days from the date of delivery
• Condition — unworn, unwashed, tags attached if present
• Cost — domestic return shipping is the customer's. We refund the original purchase to your payment method within five business days of receiving the return.

If something's wrong

If your piece arrived with a defect, a print issue, the wrong size, or any other error on our end, write to support@prestonjamesstudio.com with a photo. We replace it on our cost, no questions, no return-label runaround.

Sale items

We don't currently do sales. If a piece appears at a reduced price in the future, the same fourteen-day return window will apply.

International returns

Available within the same fourteen-day window. International return shipping is the customer's, and any duties paid on the original order are not refunded by the studio (you may be able to claim them back through your country's customs office).
